Sonakshi Sinha rubbishes reports of teaming up with Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu

Sonakshi Sinha, who is currently busy promoting her upcoming film 'Dabangg 3' took to her Twitter handle to dismiss reports of working with Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu's film. re were speculations going on since a few days that Sonakshi was roped in for film along with Sanjay Dutt. She wrote: "re are some reports of me being roped in a film helmed by Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu. I'd just like to clarify that this isn't true, and I'll be anuncing my next project very very soon!"

Meanwhile, talking about her debut, Sonakshi in an interview said that acting was never in her plan of action. She furr revealed that she was told one day that she is suited for 'Dabangg' and she literally had ' choice' as ' one asked her'. In her career of nearly a decade, Sonakshi has featured in big blockbusters headlined by stars, from Salman Khan's "Dabangg" franchise, to Akshay Kumar's "Rowdy Rathore" and Shahid Kapoor's "R...Rajkumar".  actor has also balanced se 'masala' movies with films like "Akira", "or" and recent "Khanadaani Shafakhana", where she was lead.

Long way to go: Sonakshi on having a female 'Dabangg'

When asked, if makers are reaching a possibility of a female "Dabangg" film, mounted on same scale as original, Sonakshi told PTI, ". re's still a long way to go. "I've done so many solo lead films but budgets are where closer to what y are for male superstars. Of course, that's also because returns that y get but n that depends on audience." Sonakshi feels change will have to begin from audience if y become as receptive to female-led films as y are to movies of male superstars.

"If audience supports solo heroine films way y support male lead films, things would be different. I think we have a while to reach that st." When asked if re are people ready to take that risk, Sonakshi said, " re aren't eugh people to take that risk. Which is why it's t happening." With "Dabangg 3", Sonakshi returns to play Rajjo, a character she made her debut with in 2010.

"Rajjo will always be special to me because I began my career playing her. I can play Rajjo in my sleep. I just have to wear saree, put on those flowers in my hair and I become her. I kw beats of Rajjo so well." While character had a lot of spunk in first installment, Rajjo appears to have become tamer over years after she married Chulbul Pandey, Robin Hood-styled cop. "That's what marri does you," Sonakshi quipped on changes of her character and added that every character in franchise has undergone transformation. changes happen according to story, franchise and how it's taken forward. But that's natural and exciting for me as an actor," she adds. film is scheduled to release on December 20.
