Sonu Sood inspired AP villagers to take matters in their own hands as they built a road by pitching funds. The actor wrote that they had inspired the nation.

One might be aware of Dashrath Manjhi, (played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Manjhi: Mountain Man) who build a ro after toiling for 22 years. While he was one-man army in that case, w a group of villrs have also a similar task in Andhra Presh. y have credited Sonu Sood for inspiring m to take matters in ir own hands by building a ro.

AP villrs inspired by Sonu to build ro
As per a tweet, 250 families collected Rs 20 lakh by managing two loans, and n all families contributed Rs 2000 each. y arranged cranes to build a 4-km ghat ro in Vizianagaram district.
It is said that y have been after authorities to build a ro to connect m to vill since 1947, but re was development on that front. only mode of transport for m was being carried with a ‘doli’ along with villrs, something that would be hard during medical emergencies.

Looking at Sonu’s social initiatives in past few months, y felt that y should t wait and construct ro mselves.

Sonu was overwhelmed with his role in story, and called it ‘best news ever’. actor ded that y will inspire nation to follow it. Dabangg star exulted that country was witnessing a transformation while promising that he will visit m soon.
Sonu’s mission to help people during coronavirus pandemic, which started with sending migrants back home, has continued even after easing of restrictions. Be it donating face shields to police, funding revamp of a damd home, setting up a martial arts school for viral ‘Warrior Aaji’, arranging medical treatment and equipment, and most recent, setting up a platform to give jobs, hiring m and also giving m accommodation, is winning praises.
