Sonu Sood moves SC against HC order dismissing his plea on alleged illegal construction
Advocate Vineet Dhanda, who has filed the plea in the Supreme Court, told PTI that Sood has challenged the Bombay high court order.

Actor Sonu Sood moved Supreme Court Friday challenging Bombay High Court order which dismissed his appeal against a BMC tice over alleged illegal construction at his residential building in Mumbai's Juhu area. vocate Vineet Dhanda, who has filed plea in top court, told PTI that Sood has challenged high court order.
As per BMC, Bollywood actor h carried out structural changes in six-storey residential building '''Shakti Sagar''', and converted it into a hotel without taking requisite permissions. BMC earlier this month also filed a complaint at Juhu police station, seeking an FIR to be lodged against Sood for allegedly converting residential building into a hotel without permission.
complaint letter was sent to police after BMC inspected building and found that Sood h allegedly t complied with requisitions and was continuing unauthorised construction even after tice was served to him in October last year.

police is yet to register an FIR in case.

Meanwhile, on work front, Sonu Sood will be seen playing a key role in upcoming Telugu film, Alludu hurs. trailer of this entertainer was recently released and film is set to hit atres on occasion of Sankranthi 2021. Alludu hurs will star Sai Sreenivas Bellamkonda and Nabha Natesh in le roles while Sonu Sood and Prakash Raj play supporting characters.
film is being written and directed by Santosh Srinivas while production is being done by Gorrela Subrahmanyam. actor will also be seen in Acharya opposite Chiranjeevi Konidela. Or than this, actor is all set to make his music debut with new song Pagal Nahi Hona opposite Sunanda Sharma.
