Stree 2 BO Collection Day 5: Rajkummar Starrer Rides Raksha Bandhan Wave, Mints ₹228.45 Crore

Rajkummar Rao and Shrdha Kapoor starrer Stree 2 has been enjoying its run at box office since day one. movie opened at a whopping ₹60.3 crore. movie witnessed a slight downfall on second day but since third day, movie has been unstoppable at box office. It became first movie to cross ₹100 crore mark in just three days. It was thing different on Monday, movie continued to make waves at box office and surpassed ₹200 crore mark.

On Monday, Amar Kaushik’s directorial performed exceptionally well in mass circuits, particularly due to Raksha Bandhan holiday. Stree 2 minted ₹37 crores on fifth day, taking total collection to ₹228.45 crores, according to early estimates reported by Sacnilk.

Stree 2 h an overall 49.48 per cent Hindi occupancy on Monday with maximum reported in Jaipur (72.75 per cent).

It is sequel to 2018 film and is fifth instalment in Mdock Supernatural Universe. Directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande, this movie is presented by Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan. film features Rajkummar Rao, Shrdha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and ors has a few cameo appearances that have brought story to life.
