‘Why was the person who lowered the corpse allowed to go?’, questions Sushant's lawyer
Sushant Singh Rajput's case: The family lawyer of SSR has raised questions in the court asking '‘why the person who lowered the corpse was allowed to go?'.

Supreme Court is hearing Rhea Chakraborty's plea of seeking transfer of cased file by Sushant Singh Rajput's family from Patna to Mumbai. During hearing, Vikas Singh, Sushant's family lawyer has put allegations. lawyer stated that while whole of Bollywood has been summoned for interrogation, why was person who lowered Sushant Singh Rajput's body was allowed to go to Hyderabad? lawyer has also challenged Rhea's plea for a protection order stating that any more delay cant be done as evidence in case have been already tampered with.

SSR's lawyer levels allegations
Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer stated that y suspect Mumbai Police were involved in destruction of evidence in case. Whereas, lawyer opposed Rhea Chakraborty's plea for a protective order in her favour. lawyer also informed court furrmore that IPS officer from Bihar who went to investigate case had been quarantined in Mumbai. Justice Hrishikesh Roy stated that quarantining IPS officer from Bihar did t send a good mess as all eyes were on case.

As a major breakthrough in Sushant Singh Rajput's case, centre has given a d to Bihar government's request to transfer actor's case from Mumbai Police to CBI. Readers need to te that though Centre has given a go-ahead for CBI probe. In its order, Supreme Court gave Mumbai Police 3 days to submit all evidence int he SSR death case on record and declined Rhea's protection plea. matter will be given a hearing again next week.

Shweta Singh Kirti, Sushant's sister took to her Twitter following centre's approval and wrote 'CBI it is!!! #JusticeForSushant #CBIEnquiryForSSR #CBIenquiry'. On or hand, Sushant Singh Rajput's cousin Neeraj Babloo has come forward and stated that Maharashtra government is t cooperating with investigation. " manner in which Maharashtra Police behaved, it seemed as if police of Bihar had moved to ar country. Maharashtra government was t cooperating," said Neeraj while speaking exclusively to Republic TV.
