She h recorded her statement with Central Bureau of Investigation that is currently investigating death case. Highlighting that, she wrote that re was ‘ point w shutting’ her up, as she h alrey given ‘evidence’ to investigating authority. She warned ‘anti-SSR gang’ of a ‘tight slap’ in case.
Smita also expressed her anger over fake news on Sushant’s death. She wrote that inste of ‘selling’ false news and making videos, y should approach CBI. Smita wrote that she was rey to come with m to CBI if y h evidence, as y were claiming in videos. She termed it as a ploy to ‘divide SSRians’.

Smita Parikh has been vocal in raising her voice in battle for ‘justice’ for her friend. Apart from her statement to CBI, tweets and comments on news channels, she h also recently participated in ‘Pyatra’ or protest rally in Kolkata, an event previously held in Patna and Varanasi. Meanwhile, CBI recently informing that y were yet to complete probe and were looking at all angles has been only hope for ‘warriors.’
