Sushmita Sen braved a massive heart attack in 2023. actress had taken to her Instagram account to share with her fans that she had sustained a cardiac event and had undergone angioplasty surgery for same. More than a year after event, actress has w changed her Instagram bio to add a new date of birth to same.

On June 28, more than a year after her heart attack, Sushmita Sen took to her Instagram account to change her bio. actress added a date from last year in same and mentioned it as “second DOB”. date read, “27/02/2023”. 

Social media users and fans of actress think she has hinted towards her cardiac episode which seemingly took place in late February last year. While exact date of same is unkwn, Aarya actress shared news of sustaining a heart attack on March 2 when she also revealed that her angioplasty had been successful. Netizens have aligned date to speculate that actress is referring to heart attack as a second birth.

Fans were shocked when y learned about actress's heart attack earlier. actress had revealed about heart attack in an Instagram post a few months ago. actress had shared a picture with her far and wrote: "Keep your heart happy and courous, and it'll stand by you when you need it most Shona (Wise words by my far @sensubir). I suffered a heart attack a couple of days back. Angioplasty done, stent in place, and most importantly, my cardiologist reconfirmed 'I do have a big heart' (sic)."
