Taapsee Pannu: It was really tough to play aged in 'Saand ki Aankh'

Taapsee Pannu is garnering praises for her looks in her upcoming  'Saand Ki Aankh'. actress will share screen with Bhumi Pednekar. 'Saand Ki Aankh' is a real-life inspiring story of world's oldest sharpshooters, Chandro and Prakashi fondly kwn as "Revolver Dis".

Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar have shared several behind scenes video from sets having fun and enjoying ir look. Taapsee Pannu is portraying Prakashi in Tushar Hiranandani-directed film, while Bhumi Pednekar is essaying role of Chandro.

To experience vill life first hand Taapsee Pannu chose to stay with di's in ir original home in interiors of UP. She felt that this experience was really special for her.

"It was best experience for me so far. Living in Johri and spending time with se two lies, who have strength and compassion was very inspiring. re were so many stories to hear from m and so much to learn," Taapsee Pannu said.

Usually, Bollywood actresses refrain playing elderly women roles due to stereos of Hindi film industry but playing role of a Di who is double was quite a task for Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi. In a media interaction, Taapsee Pannu revealed that inste of prostic makeup makers used latex directly on face to bring aunticity to ir looks.

" latex which was used on our faces would burn out in sun while shooting a single drop of sweat would ruin look and n we h to redo tiring makeup process which would take almost 3 hours.

"Once Bhumi's face was burnt due to makeup. We really h an amazing time in shooting for film but makeup required for playing an d woman was next-level of physical facial torture," Taapsee Pannu said.
