Taapsee Pannu was recently seen playing an elderly sharpshooter, along with Bhumi Pednekar in movie, Saand Ki Aankh. movie was directed by Tushar Hiranandani, and was based on lives of Prakashi and Chandro Tomar, who started out sharpshooting in ir 60s. To prepare for role, Taapsee underwent months of training and learnt how to shoot. She even learnt local accent and lifestyle of villrs. Saand Ki Aankh, released on October 25, 2019, met with positive critical response. Taapsee Pannu received heaps of praises for her performance in movie. It has also proved to be a moderate success at box-office.

Taapsee Pannu will be appearing on comedy series One Mic Stand, where she will be performing a stand-up comedy act. show will premier on online streaming platform, Amazon Prime, on vember 15, 2019.
