Tamannaah Bhatia, who is remotely associated with both Kangana Ranaut and Radha Krishna Jagalramudi aka Krish, called the tiff between the ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ directors over credits of making the period drama an ‘unfortunate situation’.

The ‘Baahubali’ actress is one of the most accomplished names of the Telugu film industry, which Krish belongs to, while she is also set to star in ‘That is Mahalakshmi’, the Telugu remake of Kangana’s National Award-winning film ‘Queen.’

When asked about the controversy at a recent event, the 29-year-old praised Kangana by saying no one could touch her in the acting department. She also lauded Krish as ‘amazing’, but felt it would be ‘unfair’ for her to comment on what exactly might have transpired.

Tamannaah highlighted that creative differences on movie sets are common as there’s a lot that goes on throughout the making, but the movie’s interest should always be kept at the forefront.

“I know Krish personally. We haven’t worked till now but belong to the same industry and have met many times. Kangana, I know her an actor, and have seen her work on the screen. All I can say is that no one can touch her as an actor. She’s been a brilliant performer, I’m her fan and I admire her too.

“While making movies, only the things on the surface can be seen by the viewers, the effort that goes into the making of a movie is not even explainable. Sometimes, there are complications on the sets, sometimes with your director or the other technical crew, but films have to be made and released and different people will have different issues while that happens.

“Krish is an amazing director, I have watched many of his films in South. It’s just an unfortunate situation where they had a conflict, and it didn’t work out, but happens with creative people. Our job is not a mathematical job, simple, like 2+2, it’s a creative job. Two creative people should sync and if for any reason it can’t happen, only the film should be kept in importance.

“It’s unfair for me to comment because I’ve not been on the set. Because I’m a part of the film industry, you know that you are really clueless when you’re not on the set. I really feel sad that only half information reaches the media or maybe just what makes headlines, there are a lot of things that happen on the sets

“But it’s life. You have to make a film and bring it out of people, at the end of the day, it has been made for the people to watch it and like it. So who makes it, how it’s made, that journey will always be a mystery.”

For the uninitiated, Krish has accused Kangana of ‘hijacking’ the movie after she took over the directorial reins of the movie from him. He dismissed the latter’s claims of shooting 70 per cent of the movie. The actress recently hit back at the director saying he ‘shouldn’t attack’ her over it and should’ve gone to the producer instead. She also asked him to prove his counter-claims.
