'The dog ate my homework grows up to become...': Omar Abdullah tweets amid false reports of Zaira Wasim's account getting hacked

Putting all the rumours to rest, Zaira Wasim's manager on Monday clarified that the actor's social media accounts were not hacked and the posts about quitting acting as it interfered in her religion were, in fact, shared by her.

A day after the 'Dangal' fame announced her 'disassociation' from acting in Bollywood stating that her current line of work is silently and unconsciously transitioned her 'out of imaan (faith)', certain media outlets quoted the actor's manager as claiming that her social media accounts were hacked.

In an exclusive interaction with ANI, the manager stated that the reports claiming that the accounts were hacked are false.

Amidst the false reports, the former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah, who staunchly supported the Kashmiri actress on Sunday took to his Twitter and wrote: "The dog ate my homework grows up to become my social media accounts were hacked." [sic]

After Dangal actress Zaira Wasim announced her decision call her Bollywood career quits citing her 'relationship with religion,' NC chief Omar Abdullah came out to back her decision.

The former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir staunchly supporting the Kashmiri actress said that 'its her life' following the furore that was raised over her decision and reasoning to quit Bollywood on social media.

The 18-year-old, in a Facebook post on Sunday, announced her "disassociation" from acting in Bollywood. Stating the reason behind her decision, Zaira said that she was not happy with her current line of work, which has silently and unconsciously transitioned her "out of Imaan."

The actor shared a detailed post on her social media page, which she also shared across other social media platforms, that read -- "Though I may fit here perfectly, I do not belong here."

The actor, in March, wrapped up the shooting of the film, 'The Sky is Pink,' which also stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Farhan Akhtar.
