The Sabarmati... BO Collection: Vikrant Starrer Witnesses Low Opening, Still Higher Than 12th Fail

Sabarmati Report Box Office Collection Day 1: Vikrant Massey opened on a positive note with movie buffs and critics praising performance of actors. y also praised direction and said that movie is "impactful". Despite positive word of mouth, movie witnessed a dull opening at Indian box office.

It is 7th lowest opening of year 2024. list is topped by LSD 2: Love, Sex & Dhokha 2, produced by Ektaa Kapoor. A jump on Saturday and Sunday will help movie score a healthy first-weekend collection.

Sabarmati Report h an overall 16.74 per cent Hindi occupancy on Friday with maximum reported in Chennai (27.67 per cent).

Vikrant Massey breaks his own record

actor has broken his own opening day record by earning ₹1.15 crore at domestic box office, beating his sleeper hit film 12th Fail. Despite having a low opening, 12th Fail ran successfully in atres for almost 50 days, taking its lifetime business to over ₹50 crores at box office. Sabarmati is projected to earn in same range owing to positive word of mouth.

Currently, Sabarmati Report is facing tough competition with Diwali releases Kartik Aaryan starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Ajay Devgn starrer Singham Again. Apart from Hindi releases, Suriya and Bobby Deol's Tamil starrer  Kanguva, which hit atres on November 14, is also giving tough competition in Hindi belt.
