The trailer of Priyanka Chopra's upcoming Bollywood film 'The Sky Is Pink', co-starring Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim, and Rohit Saraf is finally here. It is one of the most anticipated films of the year given its unique plot. The film is based on the life of Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with an immune deficiency order at the age of 13. It also sheds light on the love story of her parents.

The trailer spans across timelines and traces the love story between Panda & Mousse (played by Farhan Akhtar and Priyanka Chopra) respectively, with a tragic twist in the middle. Que to Zaira Wasim, who plays the couple's thirteen-year-old daughter suffering from pulmonary lung disease. From the looks of the three-minute and nine-second trailer, of 'The Sky Is Pink', it promises to be a tale of love and emotions that stands the test of time.

Priyanka on her special bond with 'The Sky Is Pink'
Priyanka, who is also co-producing the movie, shared that she has a special relationship with the film, which tells the true story of a couple, played in the movie by her and Farhan Akhtar, who lose their daughter to pulmonary fibrosis, a serious immune disease.
"It's extremely special. Everyone has lost someone in their lives," the 'Quantico' star said. Priyanka, who lost her father due to cancer six years ago, added that the film looks at how people can choose "to celebrate their lives instead of mourning their deaths."I didn't accept my father's death. I went to work four days later, I didn't think about it talk about it," she said.
The biographical drama is scripted by Juhi Chaturvedi and will be jointly produced by Priyanka, RSVP and Roy Kapur Films. It is co-produced by Priyanka, Ronnie, and Siddharth and will hit the big screens on October 11. The film also marks the Bollywood comeback of Priyanka after a hiatus of almost three years. She was last seen in a Hollywood venture titled 'Isn't It Romantic' alongside Rebel Wilson, Liam Hemsworth, and Adam DeVine. The film released in the United States on February 13, 2019, and soon after that it premiered on Netflix
