Tovino Thomas roped in to be part of Jude's next film, 2403ft

There have been talks in tinsel town that director Jude Anthany Joseph will be producing a film based on the Kerala floods. The film is reportedly titled 2403ft with the tagline “story of unexpected heroes”. Reports state that it might be a film on the fishermen, defence personnel, police officers and the common men who worked to rescue those stranded in the floods.

2403ft will reportedly have a star cast from the Malayalam film industry. Jude Anthany Joseph was reportedly inspired by numerous real-life incidents which he will reportedly be weaving into a story for the script. The film's screenplay is reportedly co-written by Jude and John Manthrickal. The makers have revealed that 2403ft will require a lot of computer graphics to recreate the ravaging floods. The production has also reportedly tied up with a leading VFX company to make sure the graphics look realistic for their audience.
The film has reportedly went on floors with Tovino Thomas and Tanvi Ram in the first schedule. It is currently being shot in Thodupuzha. Tanvi Ram had taken to her social media to share the news of the same. The actor was reportedly excited to work in the film as evident from the caption that accompanied her post.

2403ft will also reportedly include Manju Warrier, Kunchacko Boban, Indrajith, Asif Ali, Jayasurya and Indrans. There are also reports that Jude Anthany Joseph will try to rope in actors from the Tamil film industry as well. However, this information has not yet been officially announced or confirmed. Besides an ensembled cast, Jude is also using a brilliant crew to shoot 2403ft. Jomon T John was taken on board as the cinematographer, Shaan Rahman as music director and Vishnu Govind and Sree Sankar for sound designing.
