Veteran Actor Nafisa Ali Diagnosed With Stage 3 Cancer

Veteran actor Nafisa Ali Sodhi recently shared on social media that she has been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. Taking to Instagram, he posted a picture of herself with her close friend Sonia Gandhi and wrote: “Just met my precious friend who wished me luck & to get well from my just diagnosed stage 3 cancer.”

Nafisa Ali who is quite active on social media often shares pictures and selfies of herself and family. As soon as the actress shared that she was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer, fans and well-wishers have posted prayers and wishes for Ali. The actress has worked in many iconic films and has been an activist too. She was a part of the recently released ' Biwi Aur Gangster 3'

She has worked in films such as 'Life in a Metro', 'Junoon', 'Major Saab', 'Yamla Pagla Deewana' among others. She also contested the Lok Sabha election in 2009 from Lucknow. But, she had rejoined the Congress party in the same year.

She is married to Col R.S. Sodhi and has three children – Armana, Pia and Ajit.
