Vicky Kaushal, on Wednesday, was snapped outside Sanjay Leela Bhansali's office in Mumbai. The actor-director duo is collaborating for the first time in the upcoming film Love And War. The prep for the film began earlier this year with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt holding regular meetings with the director. Now, Vicky has also started preparation for the magnum opus. Vicky's meet-up with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Love And War
Vicky Kaushal caught up with the director of his next, Love And War, in Mumbai. As he stepped out of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's office, his new look caught everyone's attention. He wore a black hoodie and track pants and completed his look with sunglasses and a cap. It seems like he was teasing his look for Bhansali's film.
The moustache is a throwback to his look in Raazi, directed by Meghna Gulzar. It also starred Alia Bhatt , who will be joining Vicky in Love And War with her husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor .
What has Bhansali said about Love And War?
Putting rumours to rest, the Heeramandi director confirmed that Love And War is not a remake of Raj Kapoor's classic Sangam, as speculated. Bhansali emphasised that while he loves Sangam and has drawn inspiration from it for other films like Dil De Chuke Sanam, Love And War is a completely original project. Sangam released in 1964 and starred Raj Kapoor, Vyjayanthimala and Rajendra Kumar.
Meanwhile, Love And War is expected to go on the floors later this year. While it was earlier supposed to be released on Christmas 2025, it has been pushed back to March 2026.
