Vivek Agnihotri is inching closer to the release of his next big venture, The Vaccine War. The director and wife Pallavi Joshi were touring the United States as they conducted an extensive international promotional campaign for the film. A week ahead of its release, Agnihotri revealed a glimpse of Nana Patekar's character in the film.

Vivek Agnihotri unveils Nana Patekar's role in The Vaccine War
A week ahead of The Vaccine War's release, Vivek Agnihotri took to his social media handles to share a montage allowing a glimpse into Nana Patekar's character in the film. The montage carries glimpses of Patekar from the film, in which he will be essaying the role of Prof. (Dr.) Balram Bhargava, Director-General, Indian Council of Medical Research. Not just this, Agnihotri also lauded the three-time national award winning actor's performance as one of the most "powerful" ones in Indian cinema.

Vivek Agnihotri and Pallavi Joshi's promotional spree in the United States
The husband-wife duo's promotional campaign in the United States for The Vaccine War kickstarted with a grand event held at Times Square. The central attraction was a flash mob which blended multiple dance genres. After hosting a series of screenings in the United States, Agnihotri and Joshi are back in India and will be promoting the film until its theatrical release later this month. The Vaccine War will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
