Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt who is currently busy shooting for her upcoming film 'Brahmastra' is setting some major fitness goals for the internet. The actress on Saturday, November 17, shared a couple of workout videos on Instagram where she can be seen performing Pilates. In the post, she revealed that the workout is like meditation for her and it rejuvenates her after long tiring shooting nights.
In the post, she wrote, "Shooting nights can be very tiring for the body cause of the way it messes with your natural body clock.. I woke up today feeling so so exhausted.. But after monkeying around and doing some intense Pilates, my energy level just shot up. The mind and body coordination during a Pilates workout is like meditation for me.. If you miss even one beat of focus everything can go totally off.. And of course don't miss my beautiful trainer @yasminkarachiwala in the background with her soft but strict instructions 😂😇💙"

Alia Bhatt has been making the headlines for quite a while now owing to her rumored relationship with her 'Brahmastra' co-star Ranbir Kapoor. The duo has been spotted together on several occasions including several family gatherings. 'Brahmastra' is a fantasy film written and directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar under the banner of Dharma Productions. It also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Akkineni Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in lead roles.

Karan Johar announced the making of the film via Twitter on 11 October 2017 and revealed that it would be made into a trilogy that would be made over a period of 10 years. Although not much about the plot of the film is known yet, makers have revealed it will be a romantic-fairytale in a supernatural format. However, the release of the much anticipated epic drama has been pushed back by 4 months. The film which was initially staled to release on August 15, 2019, will now release around Christmas 2019.
