Watch: Deepika Padukone And Alia Bhatt Talk About Ranbir Kapoor On 'Koffee With Karan' Season 6

Filmmaker Karan Johar has started unveiling the pairing of celebrities as they will be featuring in season 6 of his chat show, titled 'Koffee With Karan'. Johar has been raising anticipation for the show, which is to go on air starting October 21. The pairings this season, seem to be very interesting and unique. 

The 'Koffee' host had revealed that season 6 will be opened by 'girl power' - Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone. Later, he went ahead and shared a glimpse from the episode, where the two are seen addressing the 'elephant in the room'. In the said video, Karan Johar is seen telling that Deepika Padukone had asked him to not address the elephant in the room, while Bhatt says that they must address the elephant in the room, to which Deepika agrees. 

It is no secret that Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor were in a long relationship long back which later turned sour. Reportedly, Deepika Padukone had said that the break up affected her a lot. Currently, Ranbir Kapoor is rumoured to be dating Alia Bhatt. However, the couple have never gone on record admitting to it. Although, Ranbir Kapoor had once admitted in an interview to dating Alia Bhatt and said that it needs time since it is new. Apart from shooting for 'Brahmastra' together, the two have been frequently spotted together in the city.

Meanwhile, Deepika Singh is rumoured to be in a relationship with Ranveer Singh, but have never verbally admitted to it. However, they clearly express their love and admiration for each other through social media. In the video above, they have also hinted at the rumoured November wedding of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. When Karan asks the two actress's as to who will get married first, both of them point out at each other. However, Karan and Alia in unison declare that Deepika is lying and all the 'Padmaavat' star does is giggle.

So, can we expect to hear the wedding bells ring soon ?

On the other hand, Karan Johar had shared pictures from his shoot with the Nawab father-daughter pair- Saif Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan. He also shot an episode with the siblings Arjun and Janhvi Kapoor and another one with Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar. The other pairings are yet a mystery and will be unveiled in due time.
