Ranveer Singh  and  Deepika Padukone  welcomed their buddle of joy, their first child, a baby girl, on September 8. The couple announced the news via social media and since then has been away from the media glare. However, Deepika’s mother Ujjala Padukone and her sister Anisha Padukone shared the actress’ health status and how the baby is doing.

Deepika Padukone’s mother Ujjala and her sister Anisha shared how the actress and the newborn are doing. The mother-daughter duo went out for dinner in Mumbai and was approached by the paparazzi outside the restaurant for pictures. When asked how the baby and the new mother were doing, Ujjala and Anisha reassured them with a smile and put their thumbs up.

Deepika Deepika's discharge from the hospital, the new parents have kept a low profile. Ranveer Singh recently attended an event hosted by Nita Ambani for India’s Olympians and Paralympians. The actor was quite happy and even engaged in a cute banter with the paparazzi stationed at the venue. The video of the same is going viral on the internet, with fans sending the new parents love.

What’s next for Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh ?

Deepika Padukone  has Rohit Shetty's upcoming directorial Singham Again in the pipeline. In the film, she will be playing the role of Shakti Shetty. It is the fifth installment of Shetty's Cop Universe and a sequel to Singham Returns (2014). Deepika was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD starring  Prabhas , Kamal Haasan and  Amitabh Bachchan  in key roles.

While Ranveer Singh will next be seen in Don 3. Directed by Farhan Akhtar, the film stars Kiara Advani in the lead role. Ranveer also has Aditya Dhar's untitled movie in the pipeline. He will also reprise his role of a cop in Singham Again.  

Rohit Shetty's directorial Singham Again is scheduled to release during Diwali. For Aditya Dhar’s yet-to-be titled movie, the actor will be gearing up to resume shooting for the movie in November.
