Watch: Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone’s Delightful Moments With The Paparazzi Over ‘Bhabhiji’ Reference For The Actress

Bollywood stars might rue the ‘invasion’ of their privacy, but they do share a friendly equation with most of the paparazzi who tail them all through the day. The daily interactions often lead to a good bond between the actors and media persons, and that has surely been visible in the case of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone.

The way the newlyweds have been posing in front of the shutterbugs have been pleasant. The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actors have been obliging the camera persons with a wide smile, waving and respecting them by posing in the directions they ask ‘Deepveer’ to pose. No doubt, they share a friendlier equation with Ranveer since he is newer to the industry and an outright extrovert vis-a-vis Deepika.

And that’s why most of them refer to him as ‘baba’, a name he and ‘Gunday’ co-star Arjun Kapoor are often recognised as. When they have a special name for their favourite celeb, naturally his wife is also addressed with a new term. The paparazzi calling Deepika ‘bhabhi’ at the airport before they headed to Bengaluru for their reception and the actress laughing out loud had gone viral. And it was no different at their latest reception in Mumbai on 28 November.

We see the media persons again addressing the ‘Cocktail’ star as ‘bhabhiji’ to request her to look in a particular direction while posing for them. Deepika also teases them by saying ‘nahin’ and refusing to look left when asked to and saying ‘kaun’ (Who?) on being addressed as ‘bhabhiji’, before obliging them. The special name brought out the brightest smiles of the duo and Ranveer is literally going ‘LOL.’
