Did Anushka Sharma regretted turning down Imtiaz’s directorial Tamasha?
In an interview with ANI, Anushka Sharma had revealed why she declined her role in Tamasha. Anushka said that the plot was more focused on male protagonist, which was played by Ranbir Kapoor . She also expressed that this was the sole reason which ultimately led to influence her decision to pass on the role of this film.

However, interestingly, she mentioned that the had she done this film, she definitely would have been praised. She said, “I have no doubt that if I did the film, I would be praised. Any actor in an Imtiaz Ali film will always be good for he is a good director and is very good with his actors”.
