Why Priyanka Chopra quit Bollywood for Hollywood? Kangana says people ganged up on her

After Priyanka Chopra made a statement about taking a break from Bollywood, Kangana shared how a self-made woman like Priyanka was made to leave India.

In a recent interview, Priyanka Chopra revealed why she left Bollywood at peak of her career to try luck in west. w, actress Kangana Ranaut has come out to defend Priyanka. Kangana and Priyanka co-starred in 2008 movie Fashion. Kangana is of opinion that Priyanka was ‘bullied’ and ‘chased out of film industry.’

Kangana’s claim 

Kangana has come out in support of Priyanka Chopra after latter’s confession on why she left Indian film industry to make a name for herself in Hollywood. In a series of Tweets, Queen actress has alleged that people in Bollywood ganged up against Priyanka and chased her out of film industry. She also added that members of industry harassed Dostana actress so much that she was forced to leave country.

Priyanka Chopra on Bollywood 

In Armchair Expert podcast, while speaking to Dax Shepherd, Priyanka Chopra confessed for first time why she left Bollywood. actress revealed that she was t getting good roles and was also t on good terms with people in industry. While speaking about Bollywood, she said, “I was being pushed into a corner in industry. I had people t casting me, I had beef with people, I am t good at playing that game so I kind of was tired of politics and I said I needed a break‘

Priyanka Chopra in Hollywood

Upon revealing that she wanted to take a break from Bollywood, Priyanka talked about getting a chance to do music in west. Later, actress went on to play lead role in TV show, Quantico. She is also seen as lead in her latest series, Citadel and plays protagonist in upcoming movie, Love Again.
