BTS released Map of Soul: 7 Journey which is BTS’ fourth Japanese album on July 15. septet band h released MV for album Stay Gold earlier in June. song reportedly covers incence in young people and speaks about keeping spark alive. This is t first instance where BTS is voicing lyrics which appeal to young audience, BTS’ past albums like Love Yourself, Face Yourself also h messs relating to self-love. This time, however, ir complete album is about ‘shining in versities with help of your own self', as per reports.

BTS releases MAP OF SOUL: 7 - JOURNEY

BTS’ Map of Soul: 7 Journey has a combination of ball as well as recreations of Korean in Japanese songs. For example, song Black Swan, ON, Idol, Make It Right, Boy With Luv, Airplane, Fake Love, and more will have Japanese version in album. Some new ditions include Intro Calling, Stay Gold, Your Eyes Tell, OUTRO: Journey and more.

Out of above list, Your Eyes Tell is a song co-written by youngest member of group Jeon Jungkook. song will also be me of upcoming Japanese film Kimi Me Ga Toikakete Iru. It will be releasing in October. BTS' Lights song also has its own MV which released in 2019. 

Early in June, a Japanese music chart Oricon released 6-month sales stats. As per chart, BTS is ranking first in album sales in Japanese market. It reportedly sold over 4,29,000 copies. feat was credited to album Map of Soul: 7. septet is only Korean group to achieve such a massive feat in Japan.
