Team India lifted T20 World Cup after 17 years on June 29. Soon after whole country broke into celebration and even after two days celebration hasn't stopped. Speaking of which, Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman has gifted a song titled Team India Hai Hum from Maidaan to Men in Blue as y won nail-biting match against South Africa.

AR Rahman's special gift to Team India

Taking to his Instagram handle, AR Rahman shared a video congratulating Team India after ir epic World Cup win. In video, he can seen performing song Team India Hai Hum from Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan. music video was shot at ARR Film City with Rahman and his band of singers and orchestra.

Sharing video, he wrote, "Celebrating India’s #t20worldcup2024 win, Enjoy our #teamindia song performance."

original song was sung by AR Rahman and Nakul Abhyankar in movie Maidaan, which is based on life of Indian football coach, Syed Abdul Rahim.

A.R. Rahman’s documentary Hehunting to Beatboxing to have its world premiere at IFFM 2024

Helmed by Rohit Gupta, documentary traces journey in Nagaland, of rhythm and sound, tracing evolution of music across cultures, tribes and generations. Hehunting to Beatboxing' will premiere at festival, where it is also competing for Best Documentary Film. Speaking about film’s premiere at festival, Rahman said, “ film is very special to us, as it throws light on beautiful state of Nagaland and highlights rich cultural and musical history it contains. Rohit and I are looking forward to premiere and showcasing it to audiences in Melbourne.”

festival will be commencing on August 15 and will conclude on August 25. festival, which is an annual celebration, is presented by Victorian Government.
