Ratan Tata, Tata Group’s chairman emeritus and veteran industrialist, died at a Mumbai hospital late on Wednesday night., October 9. He was 86 when he bread his last at 11.30 pm at Breach Candy Hospital. Soon after news broke, Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman penned a heartfelt tribute on his social media handle remembering “extraordinary” human.

Music composer AR Rahman took to his X handle and shared that India has lost a “true son” and a “champion”. He wrote, "Some icons are living textbooks, teaching us about leership, success, and legacy. Extraordinary yet human and approachable, y inspire and guide us. India has lost a true son and champion. Rest in peace, Ratan ji."
