Diljit Dosanjh Finds A Way To Defy Song Ban At Hyderabad Concert, Fans Mock Telangana Govt
The Telangana government served a notice to Diljit Dosanjh, directing him not to sing any song promoting alcohol, drugs, and violence during Hyderabad concert.

Diljit Dosanjh, who gave a power-pack performance in Hyderab on November 15, was served with a notice from Telangana government just hours before concert asking him not to use songs that glorify drugs or alcohol. This must have come as a surprise to singer, but he managed by singing same songs with different lyrics. Yes, Punjabi singer changed "alcohol" word with "coke drink".
Soon after video from concert went viral, netizens flooded comment section reacting with "Sharam karo yaar Telangana government! Sharam".

Diljit Dosanjh humorously modified lyrics
To here to court's order, Diljit modified lyrics of songs. In viral video, Diljit is singing Lemone and he carefully altered line "Tainu teri daaru ch pasand aa Lemone" to "Tenu teri coke ch pasand aa Lemone." official page of Dil-Luminati Tour shared a video and captioned it as "Tainu Teri Coke ch Psand aa Lemone."
Netizens are mocking Telangana government
Soon after video was posted, Diljit's fans flooded comment section with everyone calling him Greatest Of All Time (GOAT). A user wrote, " way he and his team tweaked lyrics last minute to here to legal guidelines is worth applauding. He proved that he is Greatest Of All Times."

Anor wrote, "Telangana Government really thought y could water down Diljit’s vibe Joke’s on m—he just cracked open a coke and kept party going! It’s like trying to ban fireworks at Diwali; celebration doesn’t stop, it just gets louder. Hyderab might not have deserved Diljit but loved how he did everything without losing his signature touch! Love him!" A third user wrote, "Sharam karo yaar Telangana government! Sharam!"
A user also questioned state government, "Why were y serving alcohol at concert n? govt’s hypocrisy at max."

What was Diljit Dosanjh's reaction after Telangana government banned songs with alcohol and drug words?
notice was issued after a complaint by a Chandigarh-based professor against Diljit to prevent him from singing songs that promote drugs, alcohol & violence. Before his scheduled concert in Hyderab, Kinni Kinni singer took time to pray at a Gurdwara in city of Nizams on occasion of Gurpurab. Diljit took to Instagram and posted some pictures where he was seen praying in gurdwara and having ka pras. He also posed with fans and some musicians. However, caption to his post, which re, "Tonight Hyderab. Aandhi roke toh hum toofan... toofan roke to hum aag ka dariya."

Diljit Dosanjh will perform in Ahmedab today, November 17, followed by a show in Lucknow on November 22.
