The notice was issued after a complaint by a Chandigarh-based professor against Diljit to prevent him from singing songs that promote drugs, alcohol & violence.

Diljit Dosanjh Concert: Telangana government served a notice to Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh, directing him not to sing any song promoting alcohol, drugs, and violence during Dil-Luminati concert, scheduled in city on Friday. Diljit has also been directed to not bring children on stage during his concert, which is set to be held at GMR Arena, Airport Approach Ro. notice issued to Lover singer will also change singer's performance plans as a number of his songs that are part of Dil-Luminati setlist violate imposed rules.

Diljit also shared a post on social media ahe of his Hyderab gig, which seemed to be a cryptic reply to legal notice banning certain songs.

Diljit visits gurdwara on Gurpurab, shares message for Hyderab concert-goers

Before his scheduled concert in Hyderab, Kinni Kinni singer took out time to pray at a Gurdwara in city of Nizams on occasion of Gurpurab. Diljit took to Instagram and posted some pictures where he was seen praying in gurdwara and having ka pras. He also posed with fans and some musicians. However, caption to his post, which re, "Tonight Hyderab 🪷 आंधी रोके तो हम तूफान ... तूफान रोके तो हम आग का दरिया (sic)," drew people's attention.

Diljit receives legal notice ahe of his Hyderab concert

district welfare officer of Department of Welfare of Women and Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens, Rangareddy district, served notice to Diljit Dosanjh on November 7. notice was issued after a complaint by a Chandigarh-based Professor, Panditrao Dharenavar, against Dosanjh to prevent him from singing such songs at live show.

complainant submitted video evidence of Diljit singing songs promoting alcohol, drugs, and violence during live show at Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru Stium on October 26 and 27.
