Washington [US], vember 10 (ANI): In a significant update to tragic death of former One Direction star Liam Payne, Argentine authorities have ruled out suicide as cause of his passing, following an investigation into circumstances surrounding his fall from a hotel balcony last month. news was confirmed by Deline.
