Tollywood star Nani and his wife Anjana Yelavarthy recently completed 11 years of marriage. The anniversary milestone was commemorated by the couple with a series of unseen pictures shared on their Instagram handles. Anjana also penned a lengthy note reminiscing on her decade plus relationship with her husband.

Nani took to his Instagram handle to share a single picture of himself along with his wife Anjana, on the occasion of their 11th wedding anniversary. The black and white photo shows the actor placing a tika on Anjana's forehead amid a ritual. The caption to the post simply reads, "11 years" followed by a heart emoticon.

In contrast to Nani's simple but sweet anniversary post, Anjana's commemoration of the milestone featured a series of unseen pictures of the couple. Many of the shots were from their early years of courtship. The post also stood accompanied by a lengthy caption, capturing Anjanaá feelings about coming up on this personal milestone.

Anjana Yelavarthy reflects on her decade-plus relationship with Nani

Anjana Yelavarthy's caption carried reflections on the quirks of her relationship with Nani, spanning more than a decade. She shared how it feels like Nani and she have essentially grown up together, though "adulting" still feels like a distant reality. 

Her caption read, "11 years. That’s a whole decade of growing up together. From Orkut testimonials to sliding into each other DM’s, sending funny dog/baby videos, we’ve come a long way yet adulting feels so far away! All these pictures are very personal to me. They literally remind me of each year and what it felt like to be in those times. Safe to say, nothing has changed. Except we could learn a few tips on how to pose. Since I’m not at all lens friendly, my favourite picture remains the last picture, a fan edited post. Fin. Happiest 11th Naan!" For the unversed, Nani and Anjana tied the knot on October 27, 2012.
