Viral/ Ram Charan-Upasana Kamineni celebrate Dussehra with daughter Klin Kaara, Chiranjeevi joins them

New parents Ram Charan and Upasana Konnidela celebrated their first Dussehra after welcoming their daughter Klin Kaara. Upasana took to her Instagram account to share a video of the celebrations. The visuals carried glimpses of Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi and Klin Kaara. While they did not reveal the face of the baby, they shared a glimpse of the little one having fun with other ‘kanyans’ gathered at the venue.

For Klin Kaara's first Dussehra celebrations, the family members came together. In a compilation video from the time, Upasana could be seen dancing with her baby girl in her arms. Ram Charan also took part in the celebrations. The Game Changer actor was seen in a grey sweatshirt and black trousers.

The family also organised a kanya puja on the concluding day of Navratri. Sharing the video, Upasana wrote, “People give me energy, my family gives me strength. On this auspicious day of Dussehra let’s ignite the Shakti within us to spread positivity & lead a life of meaning.” Talking about the celebration, she wrote that they continued the tradition started by her grandmother. She wrote, “Our Dussehra includes keeping my grandmother’s tradition alive, which is to spread kindness & joy with our lovely family at Balika Nilayam Seva Samaj.” Ram Charan’s father Chiranjeevi and his wife were also present at the celebrations.

Ram Charan and Upasana become parents to a baby girl 

Upasana Kamineni Konidela and Ram Charan welcomed their baby girl on June 20, 2023, with their parents Chiranjeevi and Surekha Konidela, and Shobana & Anil Kamineni by their side. As they embarked on their journey of parenthood, they were overwhelmed with the blessings and joy that come with nurturing their little one. 

Megastar Chiranjeevi, the elated grandfather, took to social media and shared the newborn’s name: Klin Kaara Konidela. The name is taken from the ‘Lalitha Sahasranamam’, a sacred Hindu text, that lists a thousand names of the Hindu mother Goddess Lalita Devi. The name signifies a transformative, purifying energy that brings about a spiritual awakening.
