Ramayana Actress Sai Pallavi Turns Bridesmaid, Applies Mehendi To Her Sister At Wedding Celebration

Sai Pallavi is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Ramayana with Ranbir Kapoor . Amid her busy schedule, Sai Pallavi took a short break to attend her younger sister Pooja Kannan's wedding. As the sister of the bride, Sai Pallavi fully embraced her role as bridesmaid. Pooja recently shared glimpses of the Mehendi ceremony, where the Amaran actress was seen fulfilling her big sis duties, which has gone viral on social media.

Sai Pallavi applies mehndi to sister Pooja Kannan at her wedding

Sai Pallavi was actively involved in her younger sister Pooja Kannan's wedding in Kotagiri, Tamil Nadu. Since the wedding, Pooja Kannan has been sharing moments from the celebrations, including recent photos from the mehndi ceremony where Sai Pallavi took on the role of her sister's mehndi artist. The photos and videos are now getting viral online. The new bride mentioned that Sai Pallavi followed the family tradition of having her sister apply the mehndi. Chithirai Sevvanam actress wore a fuchsia pink lehenga, while Sai Pallavi wore a stylish beige outfit.

In her post, Pooja wrote, "Keeping up with the old tradition – my sister doing my mehndi, as always!!" (heart emoji). She also posted a video showing her calling Sai Pallavi to do the mehndi. The video captured sweet moments of the sisters dancing with their family. At one point, Pallavi playfully said, “I made a mistake. Now I’m getting extra conscious. Take the camera away.”

The Premam star, dressed in a peacock blue suit, performed Apsara Ali alongside her sister on stage. In another clip from the celebrations, the Ramayana actress is seen dancing with her family. Fans are thrilled as more images and videos of the joyous wedding festivities emerge.
