Sharda Sinha laid to rest with full state hours
last rites of rewned folk singer Sharda Sinha were performed with full state hours on vember 7. folk singer passed away on vember 5 at around 9.20 pm due to refractory shock as a result of 'septicaemia', said an AIIMS Delhi official. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar anunced that last rites of singer, Pma Bhushan awardee, would be conducted with full state hours, as per an official statement issued by Chief Minister's Office.

An emotional statement from her son, Anshuman Sinha, revealed family's decision to hold her last rites at same location where his far's final rites were performed in Patna.
