Sobhita Dhulipala Joins Naga Chaitanya In Family Photo At ANR National Awards 2024 Ahead Of Wedding

Notably, this is also Sobhita Dhulipala's first public appearance with her in-laws. She is rumoured to be getting married to Naga Chaitanya in early December.

ANR National Awards 2024: This edition of the awards ceremony was a star-studded event, with chief guest Amitabh Bachchan conferring Megastar Chiranjeevi with the ANR National Award 2024. The entire Akkineni family turned up in full strength, with the noticeable presence of the soon-to-be-married couple Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala. The couple, who got engaged on August 8, is expected to tie the knot in December and made their first joint appearance before the nuptials at the ANR National Awards, held on Monday, October 28.

Sobhita joins groom-to-be Naga Chaitanya in family portrait

For the occasion, Sobhita Dhulipala opted for a green saree and complemented Naga Chaitanya, who looked dashing in a navy blue bandh gala. Chay was seen escorting his wife inside the venue where they joined their family members, Chiranjeevi and Amitabh Bachchan for a picture. Images from event the circulating on social media, with many showering the couple with blessings ahead of their wedding day, rumoured to be falling in the first week of December.

Notably, this is also Sobhita's first public appearance with her in-laws. The event was also graced by Ram Charan, Brahmanandam, MM Keeravani, V Vijayendra Prasad, Nani, Nag Ashwin and many more stars.

Sobhita-Naga Chaitanya wedding date locked?

According to reports, the couple's wedding will take place on December 8. Recently, the festivities began with the bride-to-be performing her Pasupu Danchadam ceremony, which is a traditional Telugu pre-wedding ceremony that marks the beginning of wedding festivities.

Pasupu means turmeric and danchadam signifies crushing. The phrase roughly translates to "crushing wheat, stone, and turmeric together." The bride's family participates in it and the haldi grinded will be used in the haldi of the couple later on.
