Fans are desperately waiting for Chiranjeevi and Kajal Aggarwal starrer Acharya to release. principal photography of film began back in January 2020, however, amid COVID-19 pandemic, production of film came to a halt. w, filming of Acharya is moving at a brisk pace and reports claim that vill set of film is constructed on a budget of whopping Rs. 20 crore.

As per a report presented by Tollywood Net, makers of film constructed a temple set which almost costed m around Rs 4 crore. w, after several changes in crucial scenes, latest update as per outlet is that team Acharya has built a Kerala vill set in Hyderab. It is also claimed that makers have spent around Rs. 20 crore for erecting vill including temple cost.

Reportedly, newly built set is spre across 16 acres and director Kortala Siva has taken responsibility of monitoring creation work himself. shooting of film will be resumed soon and nearly 40% of filming has alrey been completed. Acharya will also feature a cameo performance by Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan. If report is to be believed n Regina Cassandra will also feature in film in a special dance number, while Mani Sharma will look for music score of film.

Telugu action drama is bankrolled jointly by Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy under banners Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainment. Acharya will also be Kajal Aggarwal’s huge project after her getting hitched with Gautam Kitchlu. movie is estimated to release in second quarter of 2021.

Apart from Acharya, superstar Chiranjeevi also anunced that he will soon work on remake of hit Malayalam movie Lucifer. original version starring Mohanlal and Vivek Oberoi in le roles went on to garner tremendous appreciation from fans and critics alike. It is w reported that Chiranjeevi will join hands with well-kwn director Mohan Raja for Lucifer's remake.
