Ed Sheeran spends whopping USD 5.4 million to expand real estate empire

News about Ed Sheeran ding an all-new property to his several alrey-owned ones recently me rounds. Aceshowbiz.com reports now state that hitmaker spent $5.4 million on new purchases for his empire in dition to 27 homes he owns in London alone. reports mentioned that singer and songwriter spent amount from his company that was set up with his manager.

Reports by Britain's Sun newspaper revealed that Ed Sheeran h spent $4 million through his company, Maverick Properties, which was set up with his manager, Stuart Camp, in dition to a furr $1.3 million through Maverick Commercial Properties. all-new dition to empire put Ed Sheeran’s total property value at about $65 million. singer also owns homes in several exotic locations including Battersea and Covent Garden. He also owns property in Suffolk, which comprises a total of five houses. 

Ed Sheeran faced some objections from local residents about changes he will make to property in future. singer replied to objections and mentioned that people should mind ir own business. Reportedly, estate was dubbed as ‘Sheeranville’, but Shape of You singer mentioned that he h nothing to do with it. He also mentioned that he tried to change name to ‘ Shire’ since he is a huge fan of Hobbit, but request was denied.

Perfect singer was recently in news after he attended  MTV Video Music Awards 2021. As reported by Audacy's  Julia Show, singer opened up about American award shows make him uncomfortable and compared m to  British ones. He mentioned that room is full of 'resentment and hatred' and called it an 'uncomfortable' atmosphere to be in. He mentioned that artists are sweet people and are often surrounded by people who want m to win, however, everyone gives each or ' side-eye'. He also mentioned that was not speaking about  MTV Video Music Awards specifically but was commenting on all award shows including AMAs and  Grammys.
