A report in Hollywood Reporter states what was Emily Blunt's take on whole thing. Reportedly, actor explained how tricky Irish accents were in movie Wild Mountain Thyme. She furr exclaimed to media portal that y have just done ir best with accents of part of Ireland shown in film.
According to portal, Emily Blunt revealed to m that even for British actors, like herself, it is very difficult to get Irish accents right. actor feels so because accents are “completely different”. She explained to media portal that just like England has a hundred accents or more, re are numerous accents in Ireland as well.

Blunt said she thinks re are 50 to 100 different accents in Ireland. actor furr remarked that even in Dublin alone, re is rth and south Dublin. She stated to media portal that two accents are completely different.

In an interview with Variety, director Shanley claimed that both actors worked with dialect coach Brendan Gunn, he said, "You have to make accent more accessible to a global audience".
