Apple TV releases trailer for 'Foundation', netizens have mixed reactions
Apple TV just released the trailer for their new Sci-Fi show, Foundation, during WWDC 2020. Fans on social media had mixed reactions to the trailer.

Above is trailer for Foundation that was recently shared online by Apple TV. trailer showcases fall of Galactic Empire and how a group of outcasts are trying to rebuild humanity after end of civilisation. Foundation stars Jared Harris as Hari Seldon, Lee Pace as Bror Day, Lou Llobell as Gaal, Leah Harvey as Salvor, Laura Birn as Demerzel, Terrence Mann as Bror Dusk, and Cassian Bilton as Bror Dawn.

show's production was halted on March 12, 2020, due to COVID-19 pandemic. Which is why re is still release date for upcoming Apple TV show. Fans had mixed reactions for Foundation after watching trailer. While some fans enjoyed look and feel of show, some netizens felt like it was t a faithful adaptation of Isaac Asimov's vels. Some fans were also disappointed by fact that show was set to release on Apple TV.

Lee Pace and Jared Harris will play two main leads in Foundation. David S. Goyer is main writer, showrunner, and executive producer for show. Or Executive producers include David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Marcy Ross. Isaac Asimov's daughter, Robyn Asimov, is also an executive producer for show. Josh Friedman was initially a co-writer and co-showrunner for Foundation, but he left show during pre-production for unkwn reasons.
Apple TV anunced that Foundation's first season will only have 10 episodes. production and filming of show will take place in Ireland, though shooting has been delayed due to pandemic. series is set to premiere in 2021.
