Game of Thrones actor Nikolaj Coster recently shared his experience about show and its ending in an interview. He spoke about characters Cersei and Daenerys and ir scenes. He mentioned that rape scene of Emilia Clarke's Daenerys was 'degring'.

Nikolaj Coster Waldau on Emilia Clarke's rape scene in Game of Thrones

Game of Thrones actor Nikolaj Coster Waldau, who plays  character of Jaime from Lannister house in Game of Thrones, in an interview with London Times spoke about first episode of show where Emilia Clarke's character Daenerys and Khal Drogo played by Jason Momoa get married. She is sexually assaulted on her wedding night by her husband. Nikolaj Coster Waldau said that it was 'tough' and 'degring' for Emilia Clarke to perform scene. He spoke about how she was sold to character Khal Drogo and n raped by him on ir wedding night.

He mentioned that even though she was raped by him, her journey to where she was at end of season is massive. He ded that what character Daenerys h to go through was horrible. He also talked about women in show that were in power. His on-screen sister Cersei in Game of Thrones, played by Lena Heey, was one of m. He mentioned that in show Cersei was never looked upon because of her and her bror Jaime was given more importance. But she rose despite that and took power in her hands. He ded that way two characters turned out was because of harsh way in which y were raised.

George Martin h t agreed to assault scene of Khaleesi

Recently, a book titled Fire Cant Kill A Dragon was published by James Hibberd. book gives several BTS from show. It mentioned about time when George Martin did t want to show Daenerys and Khal Drogo's rape scene in Game of Thrones. In original book written by Martin, wedding night of Daenerys and Khal Drogo was t shown in this way. In book, she was seduced by him and asked for her permission. When she agreed that he could touch her, that's when couple consummated ir marri originally. However, makers did t agree and wanted to show assault scene.
