Grammy Awards shift to March due to pandemic conditions

2021 Grammy Awards will longer take place this month in Los Angeles and will brocast in March due to a recent surge in coronavirus cases and deaths.

Recording Acemy told Associated Press on Tuesday that annual show would shift from its original Jan. 31 brocast to a later date in March.

“ Daily Show” host and comedian Trevor ah is set to host 2021 Grammys, where Beyoncé is leing contender with nine minations. Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, Roddy Ricch, Jhené Aiko, Post Malone, Renée Zellweger, Billie Eilish and her producer-bror Finneas also scored minations. First-time minees include Strokes, Megan e Stallion, Harry Styles and Blue Ivy Carter.

Performers will be anunced at a later date.
