Grey's Anatomy' fans convinced that series foreshowed COVID-19 pandemic

Fans of 'Grey's Anatomy' believe that the show foreshadowed the upcoming season revolving around the coronavirus pandemic. They called it “Eerie foreshadowing.”

Earlier, fans were curious to kw wher or t medical drama series Grey’s Anatomy has planned to have a storyline revolving around coronavirus pandemic this season. And seems like fans have finally got ir answer. During an interview with a news portal, executive producer Krista Verff revealed that y are going to address pandemic for sure. She also said that re is way to be a long-running medical show and t do medical story of lifetime.

panel was hosted by Television Academy and is w available on Emmys.com to watch. Each year, Verff explained doctors come into room of writers to tell real-life stories before production starts. This year, however, doctors spoke of a horrible battle with coronavirus, and she kws y need to integrate that into season.

producer furr added that listening to doctor's stories was so different. She said it has felt more like rapy. She revealed how doctors would come in and y were first people y are talking to about ir experiences. She said that doctors were literally shaking and trying t to cry. She added that y were pale, and were talking about it as war, a war that y were t trained for.

‘Grey’s Anatomy’ once forced patients and doctors to quarantine

In Grey's Anatomy Season 3, Episode 1, "Sometimes a Fantasy," Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) and George O'Malley (T. R. Knight) were working on a patient who may have plague. Throughout operation (in previous episode), y didn't kw but IDC came quickly to drive m into quarantine.
