Gurupurab: Kapil Sharma, Harshdeep Kaur, others star in music video

On the occasion of the 550th Gurupurab, Kapil Sharma, Harshdeep Kaur and others featured in a video to honour Guru Nanak. Sachin Tendulkar shared the video.

Guru Nanak Jayanti this year attained ded importance as birth of first Sikh guru, Guru Nanak, completed 550 years. special occasion called for a special celebration, and stars came toger for a special video. Some of big names in world of music, featured in Satguru Nanak Aaye Ne, a track to pay ir respects to Guru Nanak.

track, composed by Harshdeep Kaur, features singers Jaspinder Narula, Neeti Mohan, Richa Sharma, Salim Merchant, Shaan, Shankar Mahevan, Shekhar Ravjiani, Sukshinder Shinda. Kapil Sharma, who has often expressed his penchant for singing, also joins singers for video. He is seen sporting a turban, like Sikhs do, and so is Shekhar Ravjiani. stars can be seen singing song with visuals of Gurudwara and Guru Nanak in background. Be it  diyas or fireworks, video is full of light and energy. Harsheep Kaur has also presented track and she also features in a moment with kids, to write a religious text with paint.

At that time, she h also asked her followers to light one diya in hour of Guru Nanak.

track was unveiled by Sachin Tendulkar. legendary cricketer wrote that it was an apt occasion to share a ‘beautiful song’ by his ‘dear friends.’ Kapil Sharma thanked Sachin for his gesture.

This is a day to rededicate ourselves to fulfilling Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s dream of a just, inclusive and harmonious society.” Several Bollywood stars like Akshay Kumar and many ors too h conveyed ir greetings.
