movie runs for one hour 37 minutes with thrilling scenes and hold-your-breath moments. However, it is t something one has t seen. Barun Sobti stars as disgruntled police officer who decides to help far of deceased girl, played by Sachin Khedekar. Here's what can be expected from movie.

What works?

Barun Sobti can d Halahal to his list of brilliant performances. He seems to have come a long way from his Arnab Singh Raiza days and he h alrey proved it with performances like Asur, Tu Hai Mera Sunday and 22 Yards. His moustached police officer with a rough Haryanvi accent works wonders for plot. t to mention, Sachin Khedekar's performance as  grieving and frustrated far who is unable to unearth what really happened to his daughter. two actors have successfully gotten into skin of ir characters.

Despite cliched plotline, re is still a something new to story of and credit goes to writers Gibran orani and Zeishan Quri. scenes also seem to move smoothly from one to next. objective narration without usual dose of sentiment also ds to a positive Halahal review. movie is more about dialogues than action and that works for it.

What doesn't?

story is cliched, which does t work for film making it a somewhat tedious watch. For those looking for something fresh and new, re is thing here except actors' performance. Many films have alrey tried out this 'righteous two against big b world' storyline before. Halahal begins well but tends to drag it out in end. re are also a few plot-holes which one might find it hard to igre.
