makers of film Cargo recently unveiled its trailer starring Vikrant Massey and Shweta Tripathi in le roles. film is directed by Arati Kav. Interestingly, movie is t first time that Vikrant and Shweta will be seen toger in a project.

Vikrant and Shweta were also seen toger in popular web series, Mirzapur. show which is available for streaming on OTT platform Amazon Prime has gained massive popularity amongst audience due to its gritty concept and intense performances. Vikrant essayed role of Vinay Pandit in show while Shweta played Gajgamini Gupta on show. It also starred Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyendu Sharma, and Shriya Pilgaonkar in le roles.
first season of show hinted towards budding romance between Shweta and Vikrant's characters. fans received ir chemistry in a favorable manner. But y were however disappointed as Vikrant's character gets killed by end of first season by Divyendu's character, Phoolchand Tripathi. It is w unlikely that Vikrant's character will be making an appearance in second season of show.

Even though Vinay and Gajgamini's love story remained incomplete in Mirzapur, fans of Vikrant and Shweta may be delighted that two are reunited to appear in Netflix movie Cargo. By looks of trailer of movie, Vikrant essays role of a rakshasa called Prahastha who is assigned with preparing deceased human beings for reincarnation. While Shweta plays role of Yuvishka who is sent as an assistant to help Vikrant with task.

By looks of trailer, Vikrant and Shweta are once again sharing an impeccable camarerie on-screen. By looks of trailer, film revolves around concept of reincarnation and neverending cycle of life. It will be released on Netflix on September 9, 2020. movie is produced by Anurag Kashyap and is executively produced by Vikramitya Motwane. film was also screened at MAMI Festival and SXSW event.
