ALERT: Searching For These Celebrities On The Internet Might Land You Up On Websites That Carry Viruses Or Malware

Cyber-security firm McAfee on Tuesday, October 2, announced the most dangerous celebrities on the Internet, searching for whom might land up the users on websites that carry viruses or malware.

Cyber-security firm McAfee on Tuesday, October 2, anunced most dangerous celebrities on Internet and 'Orange is New Black' actress Rubi Rose tops list. Hollywood actress Rubi Rose who has become an internet sensation in recent years has been tagged as most 'dangerous' celebrity on internet because searching for her on internet has maximum chance of landing users on websites that carry viruses or malware. She was followed by several or stars which included Reality TV star, Kristin Cavallari and actress Marion Cotillard. 

'xXx: Return of Xander C' actress who was recently featured as 'Batwoman' in  CW series based on DC Comic character, replaced singer Avril Lavigne as most dangerous celebrity online.

As per media reports, Here are top 10 celebrities who are included in 2018 list of most dangerous stars provided by company:

As per media reports, company said that survey was undertaken to highlight danger of ing on 'suspicious' links that might le user up to downloable virus content. y said that hackers often analyse internet user's curiosity about celebrities and link feeds to malicious websites that might infect ir devices or breach ir personal data. It urged users to always apply updated security fixes to avoid a data breach. Explaining how y conducted survey, company reportedly used its own site ratings to compile celebrity list and user searches on online giants- Google, Bing and Yahoo.

2017 list for most dangerous celebrities by company included names like Beyonce, Katy Perry, Bru Mars, Carly Rae Jepsen, Zayn Malik, Celine Dion, Calvin Harris, Justin Bieber, and Sean "Diddy" Combs. 

Meanwhile, social media giant Facebook also anunced a massive data breach on Friday, September 28, where it revealed that 50 million accounts on its platform were compromised.
