Avengers: Endgame deleted scene details
Katherine Langford from the 13 Reasons Why fame was cast to play the grown-up version of Tony Stark's daughter Morgan in Endgame. Though the younger version of Morgan Stark played by child actor Lexi Rabe did feature in the film, Langford's portion was ultimately chopped off from the final cut. The alternate take of Tony's story arc featured him meeting an older Morgan Stark in the mystical soul realm after snapping his fingers to save the universe. The scene was reportedly two minutes long and it featured Tony asking his daughter if he made a mistake by sacrificing himself. Though the scene was dramatically and emotionally powerful, it was cut down after a few test screenings. Directors Joe and Anthony Russo had previously revealed that the scene confused test screening audience as Langford hadn't appeared as a character before this.
