'Avengers:Endgame' story will not affect Guardians Of The Galaxy 3, says writer James Gunn
In the series of events that led to the end of Phase 3 of Marvel Cinematic Universe in 'Avengers: Endgame', a lot of the characters from Guardians were affected

Avengers: Endgame had fans of Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) at end of ir seats with an interesting plotline and a rar cathartic climax. fate of many of characters was revealed in epic battle at end of movie. Writer-director James Gunn, who has helmed first and second Avengers movie recently took to Instagram to allay doubts of millions of fans about storyline of MCU's upcoming film, Guardians Of Galaxy 3.

James Gunn updated fans through his Instagram stories that events of last Avengers film will t affect script of third installment of Guardians Of Galaxy as he had kwn story and read script of Avengers: Endgame way before he started work on next film.

As Marvel superhero franchise is set to enter its Phase 4 in upcoming year, fans had been er to kw wher character of Gamora, adopted daughter of Thas and sister of Nebula, will be part of Guardians of Galaxy team in ir third movie. In Avengers: Infinity Wars, Gamora had been killed by Thas in Avengers film to obtain Soul Stone from Red Skull at Vormir. Speaking about script, James Gunn shared on his Instagram,
" script will change because my scripts always keep changing up until moment I shoot m. But it won't change according to anything from Endgame, because I already knew what was in that script before I wrote Guardians 3."

Recently Guardians of Galaxy star Karen Gillan, who plays role of Nebula, said that she is happy to have James Gunn back as director of third installment in superhero franchise. In March, Disney reinstated Gunn as director of "Guardians of Galaxy: Vol 3" almost a year after he was fired by Marvel Studios' parent company when his old, offensive tweets resurfaced on social media. film is set to release in 2022.
