Britney Spears shows off her gymnastics skills in an Instagram video

Renowned popstar Britney Spears recently posted a video where she showed off her gymnastic skills which has left her fans awestruck. The singer uploaded a video of herself and her boyfriend Sam Asghari doing gymnastics in the backyard on her social media handle.

The singer recently uploaded a video of herself and her boyfriend Sam Asghari doing gymnastics in what appeared to be their backyard. In the caption, she wrote: "It’s been exactly a year today since I’ve done gymnastics .... lol 🤸‍♀️Such a beautiful day to play outside and work up a sweat with the help of this mate !!! As you can see, my back is too stiff on my back walkovers !! He’s trying to loosen me up and he’s great !!! Such a fun day !!!! 🌷🌷🌷"

To which Sam Asghari in comments wrote: "Flipping into my heart like 🔥". In the post, the singer can be seen sporting a green tee-shirt and shorts as she practised with the help of Asghari who guides her during handstands and backhand springs.

Britney did planks and maintained her balance on Asghari's feet as he was lying down on the grass. She then showed herself doing handstands and backflips as her 25-year-old boyfriend spotted her and helped her with her form.

The 37-year-old singer took to her Instagram to reveal her new look. She recently released a short video clip, in which Britney can be seen casually sitting on a couch in a white tube-top with her new locks pulled up into a bun on the top of her head.
