Chris Evans ended his run as Captain America with 'Avengers: Endgame'. The actor recently said he misses the character and had a good time with Marvel Studios.

Chris Evans alrey misses playing Captain America

In an interview with a magazine, Chris Evans opened up about retiring as Captain America from MCU. He said that he “absolutely loved” his time with Marvel Studios, playing Captain America. actor stated that he alrey misses it. He ded that re is denying that he is very excited to just have complete freedom to pursue whatever his “creative appetite” wants.

Steve Rogers/Captain America was a popular Marvel comics character. Chris Evans talked about onscreen aptation of famous character and fans' expectations from it. He said that re was an “ermous” expectation that people alrey h in ir minds. He mentioned that y have ir own idea of who this character was, and you have to respect that. Evans stated that audiences are part of what will make se films work, and he owes that group his understanding of what y see in his portrayal of Captain America.

A month back, Chris Evans spoke about possibility of his return as Captain America in MCU. He said that it is t a hard , but it is t an er yes eir. He thinks Cap h such a tricky act to stick landing, and makers did a really nice job letting him complete his journey. If y are going to revisit it, it cant be a “cash grab". He mentioned that it cant be just because audience wants to be excited. Evans questioned, “What are we revealing? What are we ding to story?” and ted that a lot of things would have to come toger.

Chris Evans as Steve Rogers aka Captain America in MCU

Chris Evans me his debut as Steve Rogers in 2011 released Captain America: First Avengers. He received appreciation for his performance and went on to play character for around eight years. He reprised role in Avengers (2012), Captain America: Winter Soldier (2014), Avengers: of Ultron (2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016), and Avengers: Endgame (2019). Evans bid goodbye to character in Endgame, along with Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man. However, Cap was t killed off like Tony and was inste seen as an old man.
