Wild and Jasmine rice recipe by Chrissy Teigen

Ingredients needed:

  • One and a half cups of wild rice
  • Chicken broth as needed
  • One cup of jasmine rice (basmati rice)
  • Kosher salt as required
  • Two cups of water
  • About 500 gms of saus
  • Three tablespoons of olive oil
  • One big onion
  • Five garlic cloves
  • Two tablespoons of s
  • Black pepper
  • Four scallions

Recipe to make:

  1. Take a saucepan and add wild rice
  2. Pour in about three and a half cups of chicken broth
  3. Bring rice and broth to a boil
  4. Let rice simmer on low heat until it is cooked
  5. Drain excess water from cooked rice
  6. In ar saucepan, add jasmine rice aka basmati rice
  7. Pour in some water and salt
  8. Bring mixture to a boil
  9. Let it simmer until rice is completely cooked
  10. Take sauss and saute m until it is golden brown
  11. Remove sauss onto a plate
  12. In same pan, add some oil
  13. While oil heats up, chop onion
  14. Add chopped onion to oil
  15. Saute onions until y turn golden brown
  16. w, mince garlic cloves and s
  17. Add garlic and s to onion
  18. Take sauss and add it back to pan
  19. w, add wild rice and jasmine rice to pan
  20. Pour in some more chicken broth
  21. Flavour dish with some salt and freshly grounded pepper
  22. Heat mixture until it is warmed
  23. Add scallions and mix well
  24. Take it off heat and serve while it is hot
